Windows cursor glitch

Hello,
On my laptop the primary user mouse has frozen and will not move. The other users mouse/cursor moves fine.
Also, I have noticed that the when on the primary user the fan runs and the computer is hot.
What is going on ? Any help here would be appreciated.

Sounds like a program, probably a virus / trojan is started, when you login with the user. Try to run http://www.mcafee.com/hk/downloads/free-tools/stinger.aspx from the working user.

Thank you for the suggestion
I have Forefront running, and I did download Stinger and run it. No virus, no troajn, etc.
I created another admin from another user on the laptop. Then I accessed the data in the old user that was haviong the problem.. transfered what I wanted and deleted the old user.
