Which are you going to be doing more of? It's a tough call because Photoshop is more CPU dependent and thus the faster i5-430M (has Turbo Boost as well) will be better suited for that. On the other hand, the GT 330M is a more capable GPU for games.

That's a tough choice. The i5 is the fater CPU and will perform markedly better than the i3. However (with the exception of DX11 support) the GeForce GT 330M is the better graphics card (1GB vs 512MB & 128 bit memory bus vs 64 bit memory bus). I think that this decision is going to come down to which games you plan on playing and maybe the other system specs for each laptop. Could you provide links to the models that you are considering?
