Recommended Cooler for P4-3.06ghz

hi,

I'm having a little trouble finding a recommended CPU cooler for a new P4 3.06ghz chip.

I know the package includes an intel-heatsink, but I'd like a more specialist one that's a bit quieter/cooler...

I'm looking in the £30-40 range (<$50?), and dont really need/want anything crazy like water cooling
