Error message "The Secrets.hlp file is not a Windows Help file, or the file
is corrupted". What is the solution to open this file?

The solution to open the file is to click F-1 in the program that has the
file. You probably have "Windows secret" loaded on the computer. It was
advertised a lot years ago. Did you get one and install it?

It's an old help file Mine opens with:
WINDOWS\System32\winhlp32.exe %1

If you have the same the .hlp file is most likely corrupt.

Hold shift key down - Right click - select open with - and search for
WINDOWS\System32\winhlp32.exe
