Microsoft Store

Hey guys I did my first interview with Talent recruiting, they are doing hiring for Microsoft Stores and we dicussed a position for store in White Plains, NY. Does anyone work for these stores and what is it like? I know many say its a Apple store rip off etc etc. i'm more interested in Microsoft as a company and well do they treat the employees. Any feedback is useful thanks in advance!
