That is great news. Finally there will be someone that understands how
to run a business with control of the parts. The bottle neck that
Illinois Pinball has created has a lot to do with the poor business
practices they use. Your decision to make parts available direct via
the web plus give the distributors room to make some money gives
consumers a choice. Now, many people that are in need of parts are
forced to deal with companies that provide horrible service. I would
rather pay more from you direct and get the parts. I will continue to
buy from local distributors that provide good service when I can.
