Hard Drive Issue

I currently have a 2 TB Hard drive and for some reason all of my installations go onto my 120 GB Acer (C. It is full and I do not know how to switch to my actual hard drive and not deal with this windows xp bullshit. And to be 100% honest I dont know if this is a Windows 7 problem.

when you install applications do you tell it to install to the 2TB drive?

It is windows 7, but they got lazy when they moved to windows 7 and didn't split the two more evenly. So that I had more space on the C drive.
