msn home page

any pictures shown on the home page are fuzzy this started Friday i have
checked dialup connection and tested my monitor which tested o.k. i also
loaded pictures from msn picture it and they are fine any help will be
appreciated
msn dialup 56k windows xp sp2 dell dimension 2350

What is your home page?
What is your dialup ISP?
If you have AOL, did you turn off image compression?
