Hello,
my device manager is showing an exclamation mark on PCI simple Communications Contriller
and when i right click n update, then search automatically, it says that it's unable to

What board or laptop model is it.

That could be a fax modem if you have one.

When I updated my dad's laptop to Win8 Pro, I had the same thing. People said it's like the Media device addon.

I went to the support site for MY EXACT LAPTOP, found a "Ricoh Media" driver, installed it and that was that. I used the Vista 64-bit drivers and they worked fine.

You likely have a similar scenario. Again, get the controllers for YOUR exact device.
