I hear that Treausure Cove, Action Pinball and Mantis Amusemements are
good places to buy fully restored pins from? Are there any other places
in their league?

Do they sell pins they have bought and restored, or restore pins you
have bought?

Ryan at RnRPinball (www.rnrpinball.com).
I bought a Safe Cracker and Indiana Jones from him. Both excellent (but not
cheap!)

I can vouch for Chris' work as I've seen his work in person. What he
does to a pin is simply amazing. :-)

Depends. Usually he restores games people send him, but I have known him to
source pins for people, and restore them too so you just have to check with
him.
His website is www.highendpins.com and I highly recommend his work.
