Sony VAIO E series vs Toshiba satellite pro L series

So I need to buy a new laptop and I wondering whether anyone can give me advice on which series is better. At the moment I am swaying towards the sony because I really like VAIOs since that is what my last laptop was. They are both in the same price range under £550 which is within my budget. I'm looking for a laptop with a good processor, memory because I tend to run lots of programs at once, graphics, large hard drive space, anti- glare/ reflective display, no bigger than 15.6 inches screen and around 3 hours battery life minimum. With the specs I have given which one of the machines will you recommend?

I'd recommend Toshiba for their general reliability (if you want it to last for awhile).
