Can someone help, please? Running XP SP2 - ISP is NTLworld. I used to use
'incredimail' as my email a/c but although it was fun to use, the free
version had a limited address book capacity and it worked really slowly. I
have subsequently unloaded it, and set OE as the default mail client - speed
much improved. Although I can receive emails (including attachments) with OE
on my user account I can only view them in the preview pane. If I try to open
them, I get a message saying there is an error. Also 'new mail' won't work
(same message) and I get a message saying that my address book is not
installed correctly. I have tried downloading IE6 but just get a message to
say that my machine already has a newer version and won't proceed.
Frustratingly, my children have user accounts on my machine, and their emails
work perfectly.
