since i am not either, might i request that someone who is create a Poll here for the G5.

There have been a few hundred posts now here regarding the G5. I feel that Tom’s should respond with an article with as many relevant benchmarks as possible.

A third party needs to settle these debates, and Toms is the perfect place to do so. So we need to get Tom's to make an article.

Um, there is a forum called POLLS, where you can create your own, no mod is needed.

I'll try to put a poll there... about the G5 now. Also, I'll try to put alternatives like "Itanium benchmarks", "Apple systems benchmarks"... or even... heck, I'm out of ideas. Anyone?

Actually the Polls forum does get visited quite frequently enough. Average response rate or population count per poll is usually 15.

15?... you think that 15 votes even if all were in one catagory... other then the first one that says do not change anything... will change anything?

Bah, it won't. They never check that section. It's mostly for funny polls or for statistial purposes, that forum.

I sorta noticed that... thats too bad.

Oh well theres not too much one can do realy, execpt *bump* it to the top till enough people are heard, or rather till Toms Hears.
