Fan Speed???

Hey all, I was just wondering if someone could let me know what the stock fan speed of a Athlon XP 2100 should be. I know.. I know... I need to replace that junk fan anyways, but until I do, I don't think it's spinning quick enough.

Im not 100% sure but I think its about 3800-4000 rpms
