Is this a good video card, midlle range or bad one? I thought it was a middle - good one but after reading some post i find it might be out-dated and only middle-low

It depends on how much money u r willing to spend. Ti4200 is a very good value-for-money card. But if u dont mind spending a little more (or a lot more) there are much better cards out ther.
