Office 2010 ony works when logged in as admin.

Using Windows 7 64bit with Office 2010

Using the Office suite while logged in as Administrator then Office works fine.


If I reduce myself to power user then the start menu shows as if Office 2010 was not fully installed and unable to use any Office application.

put yourself as power user then reinstall program.

Some programs install with a choice of: INSTALL JUST FOR THIS USER. Make sure you install the program for everyone if it gives you that choice.
