Home Built Computer, Windows 7 will not Install

Hello,

Just built a home-made computer. Bought W7 OEM. When loading, it starts with "Windows is loading files..." then goes to "Starting Windows"....then, nothing. It just sits with "Starting Windows."
In BIOS, I tried putting optical as first boot device, then tried HD first. Components are new. HP optical, WD HD, both SATA. MSI motherboard. All - including mohterboard - are W7 compatible.

Help please?

Success...diagnostic showed one of the Mem Modules was bad. Computer works perfectly, now.
