Is there anywhere online i can check the equivalent Pentium Freq of an Intel Chip?

I'm not sure I understand your question...

I think you want to know the equivalence between pentiums and athlons... I can give you a quick recap of the "C" line of Pentium 4 processors (800Mhz) quite easily:

2.4C - XP2800+
2.6C - XP3000+
2.8C - XP3200+
3.0C - No equivalent from AMD.
3.2C - No equivalent from AMD.

This should be interpreted loosely, of course.

Right on, yes... but I got a little impressed myself after I finished writing... I looked at it and thought "oh my, they destroyed AMD"...

Shakes head, sad to say but true none the less. I may be running my last AMD rig for sure.
