How do I do this.

In Internet Explorer, use Tools > Internet Options, and delete temporary internet files. Close browser.
Go to your C:\Windows folder. Look for file(s) VPTNFILE.nnn (where nnn are numbers).

Then go & re-visit Trend's Housecall.
