hello

i am using dell I 5 N 5010 operating system is window 7 home basic

Bluetooth is not pairing to Bluetooth enabled devices ( allow device to connect the device is grey out )

Are The Bluetooth driver installed and the BT turned on?

yes blue tooth is turned on and driver is installed

Is it cannot pair with all bluetooth device or just single (one device)....

If it just one device, try to pair the device with other computer (or smart phone)...

If it cannot pair with all other device...
- u could try reinstall the driver....
- try using 3rd party bluetooth stack (sometimes w7 had trouble connecting to generic bluetooth device)
- or u may had bad bluetooth module inside your comp
