A305-S6872 right speaker does no sound

I have Toshiba Satellite A305-S6872. The problem is right speaker does no sound, even I plugged external speaker on headphone jack. I'd refreshing its driver, my system using Vista.
Have an idea cause my warranty is expired

Same model I have. It could be a variety of things, i.e. blown speaker, fried wire, etc... First though, have you gone into sound properties and such to see if the speaks are balanced, i.e. L-R balance is at 50/50?
