You can begin by not typing in caps , it means you are shouting by doing that and that's rude we are here to help and not to get yelled at. In Windows 7 there is an easy transfer option in the start menu and in the aaccessories folder,
What e-mail program? Win7 doesn't have Outlook Express. You'd have to export them out of Vista(outlook express?), and into whatever program you use in Windows 7.
I also 2nd the rudeness of using all caps. It really makes it much harder to read.
Vista does not have Outlook Express, it has Windows Mail....
Install THUNDERBIRD (its free) into 7 then import from Windows Mail to Thunderbird...
All the best Brett
I agree I've put thunder bird on a couple of computers and its great. Export your outlook info into file and put it on t a USB drive and copy it on. Then run the import on Thunderbird and you get you inbox and contacts.
