WinXP Updates / Offline Installation

Can anyone tell me how I can download MS WindowsXP Pro security updates to
be installed on a separate computer (offline).

I have one computer WinXP-Home on a DSL connection.
The computer in need of updates is a new machine WinXP-Pro on a dial-up
connection. This new machine is at work sharing a voice line, so my access
is limited.

The machine with WinXP-Home on DSL is, well... at my home. (where else)!
I know which updates I need at work.
Just don't know how to download and burn to CD for work use.
