What to do when Windows crashes and can't download anything

Hello, I have an Acer Aspire One AO725-0845 that uses Windows 7. I believe that Windows has crashed because a message pops up every time I log in saying that Windows is not genuine and I need to download a real version of it. The only problem is I can't download anything or log into anything except the computer itself. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

The message says that you you are using an illegal windows product key. Only way to fix it is to enter a legal key. That should have come with the PC.

The key did come with it and I tried to enter it in, the only problem is when I clicked on the link to go to the page where I enter the code, it wouldn't go to the page. It just reloaded the one I was on.
