Help! My computer only boots to ubuntu 12.04 after I dual booted it Windows 7

How can I have my computer give me the option to choose between booting either Windows 7 or Ubuntu?

There is supposed to be a loader when you boot your system, you might have just completely deleted your windows partition though.

Will it give you the option when you tap the F8 key as you boot up and the splash screen shows?
