I have a user with a laptop running XP Pro SP2 and he is trying to use remote
desktop to come into his office PC (Running XP Pro SP1). He is able to
establish the VPN into the site, but cannot get RDP to start. I can use an
identically configured laptop running SP1 and it works great.

Any suggestions?
