Here is the recent ebay auction from a seller who is selling crate
decals:

I received it yesterday and seems to be of high quality for $10.
BayArea sells a sticker kit including the Stiff in the Coffin, and the
Shooter Gauge sticker and the Crate sticker for $30.

I purchased one of the decals from the e-bay seller mentioned previously,
and am very happy with it. Looks great, and seems to be very durable. (800+
plays, and no sign of wear)
