Laptop for graphic artist

I could recomend a toshiba portege M200 which seem to be quite cheap and decent. (I own 2...) It's a tablet which by definition is more useful to the artistic type, and unlike most tablets can be had at a very reasonable price. (Which is how I was able to afford 2! )
