Latitude c840 PLL

if i am not mistaken the dell latitude c840 has a foxconn mobo installed.
but incase i am wrong please ignore that bit of info.

what i am looking for is the Pll that the dell latitude c840 uses so i can overclock.

if it helps the chipset appears to be "Intel 82801CAM ICH3"
