If you want the best bang for your buck and you have so much bucks as to even consider going with the 3000 or the 3200, then I'd say you're better off with an Intel processor. Even the 2.4C performs better than the 2700... So consider Intel's price/performance sweet spot for mid/high end: Consider a 2.6C or maybe a 2.8C
One more thing: it is fitting that you wouldn't find a true performance difference between 2700/3000/3200. This is what people have been complaining about: AMD's ratings in the high-end segments are meaningless. The 3200 is clocked a measly 33Mhz above the 3000 or so, and is expensive as hell. Actually, the 3000 performs more on par with the 2700 and 2800 than it should. And the 3200 doesn't improve that much over the 3000...
Anyway, sticking to your options, you should definitely get the 2700+.
