Last week I received a promotional letter from Dell offering an
opportunity to "upgrade to 3 additional years of Dell's award-winning
Limited Warranty." My orig. one year warranty ends in just 3 weeks so
I needed to make a decision. According to the letter, this offer is
only available by calling Dell at the number provided.
So I called the phone number and was told the price quoted would only
buy TWO years of added warranty and and not three!!! When I asked to
speak to her supervisor, I was told that the supervisor was too busy
and that I could always register a complaint by calling their
complaint department.
What a scam!!!
Does anyone happen to have any extension numbers for Customer Service
top executives?
