Have used TweakUI's 'autologon' feature for years to boot my computer
straight through to the desktop. Last week I installed and updated
some software, and that has screwed up 'autologon'.

I installed Google's Earth and upgraded Quicken Deluxe and DeLorme's
Street Atlas to their 2006 versions. Since then, autologon doesn't
stay applied. I can go to TweakUI's autologon window and check the
box for "Log on automatically on system startup", and the computer
will start up correctly once but not a second time. After that first
startup, the box in TweakUI's autologon window is unchecked.
Something either in shutdown or startup is causing that box to go
unchecked.

Anyone run across this before or have an idea on how to fix autologon?

I'm running WinXP Pro with all updates on a AMD Athelon 1.2 MHz and
512 MB memory.
