Will Microsoft send a new CD to replace broken one?

Just got Rise of Nations last week, cool game. Discovered
an inch-long crack in the CD when I pulled it out to play
and now (of course) it won't load. Have no idea how it
got damaged. Does Microsoft ever issue replacement CDs
for this type of problem? Have tons of CDs and have never
had one break on me before.
