Can you use a cell phone to connect with a fax machine or use the internet

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

It would require a landline but if you Google for "fax by e-mail" you'll find a number of alternative solutions - some less expensive than others.

You might, however, find it hard to find someone to send one to - most people scan in and attach documents to e-mails instead of scanning them to push them down a 'phone line.
