I don't think that is possible... since it is based on the Opteron core. What is possible, however, is that, exactly because it is based on the same core as Opteron, it will be behind prescott in 32-bit apps...
I remember when the Pentium 233MMX seriously outperformed the PII-233 in Windows 95...because 95 had a lot of 16-bit code.
