1.The best question to ask yourself is what is the last thing I did before all of this started to happen ?
Did i install a new driver or a bit of software ?
Roll it back. see if it becomes stable.
2.Do I have a virus, or any malware attacking the system.
3. Have I done a Check in the Bios to see if the Power supply is working right outputting the right voltages for the 12v,5,v,and 3.3v ect for the board.
4. Are the voltages set right and correct in the bios, to what the voltage requirements are stated on the sticker of the memory.
5. Is the system over heating ?
6. Is the frequency speed and the timings of the memory set right in the bios ?
