Add printer wizard

Windows XP Home edition

When I click on add printer wizard, nothing append.
I want to add an HP Deskjet 720C on my windows XP machine. Windows detect
the printer, start the drivers installation but suddenly stop and say that a
problem occured and installation failed.

So I tried by add printer wizard but it even doesn't start.

Any idea ?

Your print spooler seems to have stopped.
