Unable to logon to princess com

New computer using Windows 7. I get to to One Source screen but attempt to log-on and it just sits there doing nothing. Anybody know anything for certain?

if using internet explorer, try setting a compatiblity mode to a lower level.

hit <alt>+<t> to find the settings. it is the compatiblity view settings

you might want to select the Display all websites in compatiblity view box
