Deskjet 712c Wont work !

So i just installed windows 7 on my pc and for some reason my printer wont work now.

its an Deskjet 712c. i tried the spooler stop start and all of that. the problem that i see is, when i send something to print it goes into the que andthen dissapears and i dont know why!?

Please help me because i just dont have the money to get a new one !

It's a driver issue. Go to HP's support site, download either the XP or Vista driver, then do a manual install of the driver via the control panel. It may not install all the way, but that's alright, as you can just restart the computer when it stops. From there it should work.

Make sure you have the Windows 7 driver installed. If there isn't one available, download the Vista driver.
