Need Help Finding A Netbook

1_What is your budget?
<$280 If it's really necessary I will be willing to spend an extra $50

2_What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
10.1 inch

3_What screen resolution do you want?

4_Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Portable

5_How much battery life do you need?
8+ hours would be nice.

6_Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
None in mind.

7_What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing,watching movies, Etc.)
will be using for web browsing, music and remote access to my main computer from elsewhere.

8_How much storage (H.D.D Capacity) do you need?
The bigger the better within price limit.

Prefer ASUS, HP, Acer, Lenovo respectively, but specs first then brand.

Windows 7 Starter or beyond for OS.
If you can get 2 GB ram or something that is expandable then :)

It's also a bit more difficult to find one with the 8+ hour battery life. Most of those fall under net-top or ultraportable laptops, all of which are out of your budget range.

No actually its very easy to find a netbook with everything you want.. besides the optical dirve which doesn't exist in netbooks..

Just bought one for my girlfriend and it's an amazing little piece of equipment and would recommend it to anyone looking for a device of the sort.

I've believe many netbook have a long lasting battery life. It's just which netbook to choose from.
Anyone recommend Dell Mini 10v? I asked a few of my buddies and was wondering if the forum has any feedback for it.
