A strange problem here, which has occurred on several different
machines.

Logged in as a user from the Active Directory. When running a piece of
software, quite often an installation package, nothing appears to
happen. The setup.exe (or whatever) processes are listed in Task
Manager, but the application itself fails to appear. The AD user is in
the local computer Administrators group.

When the user logs out, the application flashes up, before the process
is killed by the Logout procedure.

However, if the user logs out and we log back in again as the local
administrator, the software/installer runs correctly.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
