Hi,

I would like to know if there is a firewire port on Dimension 8300.
I do not see it on the web site. I have not even seen it for the more
expensive Dimension XPS. Is there a way to have it added by Dell?

Add the SoundBlaster Audigy 2 card. It has the firewire port.

Dell will also put in a firewire card into a 8300.Look for
Video Editing, it lists a IEEE 1394 card, which is firewire.
