I hope someone can help me solve this. Everytime I start up Windows XP, there is a delay before my network connections are listed. If I go to the "Connect To" menu in the Start menu, everything freezes. Same thing when accessing the network connections through "My Computer." It hangs for about a minute before being listed. Why does it do this?
Also, I can't connect to the Internet after waking up out of suspend mode. I have to reboot in order to log in. Is there a way not to have to reboot?
Thanks for any feedback you can give me.

it's trying to connect.
It's always the one thing you never suspected.
So this is normal? Everyone has to wait about 1-2 minutes after bootup to be able to log onto the Internet?
