Hello,
my backup files on the hard disks are not working. but the size is still there. i use different windows 7 to format but can not find my toshiba support centre

The Toshiba laptop has a hidden partition on the hard drive that contains recovery files and restore software. you can go to the Toshiba site to get instructions as to how to acess the hidden partition. You can also request a recovery cd to be mailed to you but there may be a charge for that.
