TECH: solenoid wiring

Hi,

Does it make any difference the way wires are hooked up on single coil
solenoids with no diode, I don't think it does but would just like to know,
thanks.

Not at all. Although not required,
it is still good practice to try
and solder the 'hot' side wire to the
same side as it is done to other coils
in the game.

It will help you develop good repair
techniques and skills.

Thanks for that, I didn't think it did, I must have a coil on its way
out then.
