Can someone tell me the difference between the games with the hinged
head and the games without? Thanks.

AFAIK, all EBD games made 1981-1984 had a "hinged" head- that is, you could
fold the head down onto the playfield glass.

Or are you talking about the swing-out (hinged) backglass vs. the earlier
"standard" type backglass?
