Hello, Dennis Jubb!
If I understand, you have already cloned old HDD, and put it onto new
one.
So, you just neet switch jumpers on new one to master, old to slave.
What program did you use to clone HDD?

When you cloned the drive did you tick the box to make the new drive
bootable?

In these situations I always find that there are fewer problems if I
totally disconnect the old hard drive (temporarily) and boot the
computer (or at least try to boot it) with just the new drive.
Once the computer is running properly from the new drive then I
reconnect the old drive.
If the drive cloning worked properly there should be no need to save
any of the files from the old drive. You should be able to reformat
the old drive, resulting in 40 gb of available disk space.
Good luck

It was True image, so i just need to change jumpers and Pc will recognise
the fact that it is a different drive
