my msi 655max dead !!

my comp :
mb msi 655max (2 months old)
ddr 2700 512 2x (2 months old)
mb seagate 80 gb (2 months old)
gf fx 5600 pixelview
pIV 1,6

sometime it just hang or reboot by itself,once it totally dead
i have checked all the component on other computer, ono by one

everything ok, but my mb dead and my hd got almost 1 gb bad sector, they just 2 months old !!

why ?

Could be power problem. Also bad sectors sometimes caused by lightening damage. Check volts under load and use a surge protector.
