my IE address box is funny

Since last week, whenever I open a new IE window or a web page open a new IE
window, the address box cannot display the web address (www.xxxxx.com). All
it shows is a image of the previous IE window. Anyone knows whats wrong.

Make a new user from Control Panel.
Logon using new user name
Now problem is gone
