Anyone know how to fix this, its not stopping me using the computer it just appears for a while and is annoying.

Download this program and see if it will read the error code and give a description of what the issue is.
You can also go to the action center and start the trouble shooter and see if it comes up with something.
Also the event viewer should have recorded the error and you may be able to see a reason in there.

I have fixed it but thank you for your time. Was a driver problem with ATI. A reinstall fixed.
